Naephil (Naf) Kwun

Ms. Kwun is an associate in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Kwun’s primary practice areas are commercial litigation, banking and financial services, and corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kwun served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Patricia M. DiMango, Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

While attending law school, Ms. Kwun worked at Google Inc. (2011) and the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (summer, 2010). She also worked at the law firm of Bullard Falla Ezcurra Abogados in Lima, Peru in its antitrust group (summer, 2010) and the Federal Communications Commission (2009-2010), where she worked in the Office of the Chairman and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. Ms. Kwun also worked at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea in Seoul, Korea (summer, 2009). In addition, Ms. Kwun was a student attorney in the First Amendment and Media Law Section of the Georgetown University Institute of Public Representation (2010).
