Saam Takaloo is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Takaloo’s primary practice areas are business and intellectual property law.
Mr. Takaloo received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, concentrating in corporate law. At Loyola, he served on the Moot Court Honors Board, was a semi-finalist in the Transactional Negotiation Competition, and represented the school in the Roger J. Traynor California Moot Court Competition. He also addressed the legal needs of multiple start-up clients as part of Loyola’s Fashion Law Clinic.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Takaloo received a B.A. in International Relations and Business from the University of Southern California and subsequently worked in real estate development.
